You've probably read about the benefits of meditation, it lowers blood pressure, helps manage anxiety easier, makes us a happier and kinder person. But, in order to reap the benefits, one must practice it.

This book just does that. It's a visually engaging beginners guide there to help you take your first steps. The simplicity of the book is greatly appreciated, and meditations are visually presented with a pinch of humor sprinkled all over it, setting you up in the mood to set aside time for yourself and meditate.

Without dwelling too much into theory or spirituality, it's a perfect match for a total beginner. Although 200+ pages may seem too much, a good chunk of the book is in illustrations and pictures.

It's a light hearted introduction into mindfulness and meditation, really easy and not intimidating. While it may not hold the attention of the experienced practitioners, for a newbie, it's great!
