The issue with meditation is that it has many myths surrounding it. Even when demystified, some find it hard to incorporate meditation into their routines because they feel more comfortable doing something else.

The author's intention in this book is on building habit, showing you how to come back into focus for just one minute, even if you think that you don't have any spare time. How does laziness meditation sound like?

This book is perfect for meditation skeptics, offering mindfulness light on spirituality/religion with short and easy habit-building practices. Before you know it, you're hooked up. That being said, it's really not a suitable reading material for those already meditating. It offers some great insights into when, why and how to meditate and how to keep on meditating.

It's funny, amusing, full of chucks and giggles and a perfect gift anyone who's not hooked on the idea of meditation just yet.
